Is the stand included?

No you have to buy the stand separately

Dumbbell not fully fit to the base in one side ,so can't rotate the knob, please advise the way to fit fully to the base and star rotate the knob

Make sure that the weight number on the dumbbell matches the side of the base you’re fitting it to. If it does match, try slightly turning the dial back and forth (think gentle fine tuning) to get the weight number to click, and then try fitting it to the base. Good luck!
