How is the lag when using this? When using a pro controller the lag is pretty noticeable, it is any better with this?

On this adapter I did not get any lag and I don't use the pro controller, I use the classic GameCube controller

Does anyone know how to fix the issue I'm having, which is that when I plug in the adapter it only detects one of the controllers in dolphin.

Make sure you configure the "Controller" options to have "Direct Connect" enabled, as well as all 4 ports having "Standard Controller" listed. I would go to the Dolphin Wiki for more help.
