Bought mid size, left to re fluff as per instructions, outer edge was fine, inner(bed) area not enough padding

Got this for my elderly lady. She’s 15, is on meds for kidneys issues but is still getting a bit skinny round the edges, and has decided that particular cardboard box is the only possible acceptable bed in the house (trust me it isn’t). It’s also right in front of the window - hence I made her a day bed next to it, for basking and being nosy. I was worried about her feeling the cold, especially in my house!I know other people said it didn’t seem to fluff up too well without washing it, but after I worked round it with a thorough kneading, alternating with the same fluffing up motions seen on the Flash Dust Magnet advert, and some minor battery, it really expanded quite well.Of course, being a typical cat, and despite me spending the night with it stuffed down my top so it was an acceptably familiar smell (i.e. she thinks it’s mine so immediately wants it), she’s pointedly ignored it all day, as seen in pic one.I did however, just creep in and catch a sneaky pic of her in it - pic two. She’s not been in there long by the looks of it. My thinking is, if she doesn’t come to tell me its past our bedtime, (she’s normally, insistently, between 10-10.30pm), I predict I’ll find a black and white ball of fluff inside the pink ball of fluff!For my grumpy old girl, to take to something that quick, however soft and fluffy (just ask my other cat), is unheard of!I took quite the risk messing with “her” box by putting it in there in the first place. Had she been in her younger days, she would’ve been mortally offended and never slept in there again. Until I had my clothes in it anyway…So, photo evidence is showing high praise from a lofty standard, I can assure you!I was thinking about getting my other cat one…. But he doesn’t really do soft and fluffy very much. He’s so soft and fluffy himself, I think he must get a bit warm, especially the places he decides to sleep! He transforms into a round, grey cushion so well I’ve often seen him somewhere random and wondered when I got that, how did I not notice it and why would I leave it there? So. I’m going to wait and see with that one.Me and the dog may be a different matter!

I put it in tumble dryer to fluff it up but itdid not fluff up as well as others have that l got from a different site

This is a lovely, soft, fluffy bed for small cats kittens or in our opinion puppies, its that soft you just want to nuzzle it on your skin and at a great price you cannot complain and wont want to return it.I highly recommend this if you want something cosy and soft for your darling cat, kitten or pet, something they can snuggle into without the fear the inner stuffing will disappear or fear that it will fall apart or go hard and crispy after washing and drying as some we have in the past have done. The bed washes up great and retains its soft and fluffiness even after we left it on the line in the pouring down rain. It literally took a beating from the great British weather, from sun to rain sun to pour down and once back indoors and dry it was still the same soft fluffy amazing bed we received.My daughters kitten loves this, she loves to snuggle and nuzzle into it and it is so neatly compact, light and easy to carry around if you are taking the kitten or pet anywhere.It fits into the cat carriers nicely and into her play tent too, also it looks good in any room of the home.100% recommend this for your cats kittens or pets.

Arrived quickly. My Jack Russell loves it. However it isn’t as pumped/round on the side as the advert photo implies. It came flat as a pancake, hasn’t opened up that much.
