Love the quality and received the product quickly

The Solgar Company has been around since 1947 making quality products. I've used their Multi-Vitamins for years in the past but stopped taking care of myself and got out of the habit. I like Solgar for several reasons. 1. They use Chelated minerals which means the mineral is in a form that makes it easier for your body to absorb it. 2. You only take 1 a day. 3. The coating on their vitamins are aqueous which means they are water based which also allows your body to absorb them better. 4. It's a very comprehensive Multi and has everything you need. 5. They are dairy, gluten free and vegan. 6. These are award winning vitamins that have been around for many years. Solgar has other Viramins and supplements ( I take their Omega3 but NEVER at the same time).. The vitamins are large (I call them horse pills) but they're worth it. I feel better, have more energy and feel like I'm doing something good for my body for a change.

Ich benutze dieses Vitaminprodukt seit vielen Jahren und bin seitdem so gut wie nie erkältet. Vorher litt ich ständig unter Erkältungen bis eines Tages mein Sporttrainer den Tipp gab Nahrungsergänzungen zu versuchen. Natürlich kann man in diesem Zusammenhang nichts versprechen, da jeder Mensch anders ist und sich der Stoffwechsel unterscheidet, aber es sind meine Erfahrungen, die ich hier wiedergebe. Da ich selber im Krankenhaus arbeite, kann ich sagen, dass viele Ärzte zunächst Vitaminpräparate ablehnen, aber wenn der Patient erkrankt ist, dann verordnen sie es doch. Macht es denn wirklich Sinn erst dann etwas zu geben, wenn es eigentlich schon fast zu spät ist? Mittlerweile ist doch bekannt, dass mit zunehmenden Alter die Aufnahme von Mikronährstoffen schwieriger wird und auch viele Medikamente sich negativ auswirken! Ich gebe Ihnen an dieser Stelle gerne ein paar Beispiele, bei denen Mikronährstoffe / Vitamine verabreicht werden: 1) Osteorporose : Calcium + Vitamin D 2) Hörsturz : Zink + Vitamin E 3) Leber - und Nervenschäden: Vitamin B--Komplex 4) Blutarmut : Eisen + Folsäure Die Liste ist beliebig erweiterbar, aber genau so erlebe ich es jeden Tag im stationären Einsatz! Sofern Sie gesund sind, kann man die Vitamine einnehmen und ist sicher, wenn man sich an die Dosierempfehlung hält. Sollten Sie allerdings erkrankt sein, dann sollte man unbedingt vorher mit einem Arzt sprechen! Vitamine können Untersuchungen verfälschen und somit die Diagnostik erschweren. Ebenso gibt es eine Reihe von Krankheiten, bei denen man sehr vorsichtig sein muß, z.B. Gerinnungsstörumgen, Nierenerkrankungem usw. Also bitte immer vorher einen Arzt konsultieren!

Probablemente es el más potente y completo suplemento de vitaminas. Igualmente las tomo como complemento de la dieta vegana. Como es realmente potente suelo tomarlo en días alternos. El efecto se nota. Merece la pena gastar un poco más por algo realmente bueno.
