Finally found the best hair coloring system for brunettes. I have very very fine Asian dark brown hair, my hair is so fine that in the light, the individual strands look like strands of spiderweb silk. I was all brassy and bleached yellow from the wrong box dyes, I tried everything and didn't want to go to a salon because no one knows how to do my hair right. I had to color my hair a dark brown again with a L'Oreal Medium Dark Brown to cover the yellow and red, and essentially "start over." So I finally discovered this product, which is Brunette Nirvana for me. If you are a natural brunette, you tend to end up brassy, coppery, due to the red pigmentation in dark brown hair. This was a lifesaver. I literally could not leave my home until I used this to fix my hair and get the lifted ash brown I wanted. Now I get so many compliments and women asking me what I used. I am coloring my roots again in a couple of weeks and I am excited to see how my hair turns out again. Thanks L'Oreal for taking care of us brown-haired girls!

the product arrived early and i have been using this hair dye for 2 years now. it works perfectly with dark hair and i would recommend this to anyone with black to dark brown hair, it leaves your hair with a light brown finish

Initially, I LOVED the color and immediately bought two more packs from Amazon. But, 3 weeks later, I had to get out my "root spray" and touch up the color at my temples and hairline. I am very disappointed that the product does not last longer, despite the fact that I do not wash any more frequently than when I used another product and use the same "color sparing" shampoo. I will use the supply I have, but after that is gone, I will go back to my other product. If you do not have any grey hair, it might be more satisfactory, but overall, the color faded quickly.

Good product. If you have very dark hair it will leave you a bit red.
