Q: Are these the small round wipes or are they the larger square ones (baby wipe size) ?

They are like the baby wipes and are less concentrated than the small round ones. They work just as well but last longer.

Q: Can these be used to wipe paws for cleaning and/or to reduce itching?

Yes and that's one of the reasons we got them. One of our labs has awful environmental allergies so her paws are wiped daily.

Q: Do the wipes and spray have the same formula?

I use both, the spray after baths, and wipes as daily care. It seems (to me) it works the same.
