I got this for my son in law . He likes to cook and loves cast iron cooking.

A lot of pictures and a lot of great recipes. The recipes aren't too sophisticated, and the ingredients are easy to find. This cookbook keeps cooking simple and is great for newbie cast iron users.

I tried a simple recipe out of this cookbook. Just received it yesterday. I made the Classic Cast Iron Pancake.. It was simple to follow. I love this cookbook. Photos are beautiful. I usually don’t include pictures in my reviews but this pancake turned out pretty nice and I actually had all the ingredients. Thumbs up for me.

This cookbook was a gift to my son-in-law and he loved it!
