One of my favorite DVDs from Yee. Not for beginners.
I absolutely love this DVD, but it's not for beginners. There are three yoga workout sets: flow yoga, core yoga, and strength yoga. Flow yoga is a bit more fast-paced and goes through a lot of mountain poses to forward bends to down dogs. Core yoga focuses on the abs. Strength yoga focuses on arms and back, so there is a lot of planks to pushups. I feel challenged by all three sets. I don't sweat a ton or anything, but I do feel like this DVD pushes me more than many of his other ones.If you are looking for something more simple and slow, I'd recommend: Rodney Yee's Yoga for Beginners - for very, very beginners. This DVD is basically worthless to me now. A.M. Yoga for Your Week - slightly more advanced, but still moves slowly through poses Rodney Yee's Yoga for Your Week - my other favorite DVD, moves more quickly, lots of variety

Fantastic, even for a beginner
I purchased one for myself as well as a friend. We now refer to him as "our pal, Rodney." The 20 minute sessions are perfect, especially the power yoga. I am a beginner and was easily able to follow along and enjoy. Additionally, because the flows are so logical, I can practice this even when I don't have the DVD.

Fast pace
He is speedy! Glad though because it helps burn those extra calories. If I was beginner and wasn't familiar with all the poses it would be too fast pace. Hope this helps. :)

Really great yoga dvd!!!
Really love this dvd! I’ve been a huge fan of Rodney Yee for 20+ years and this dvd is one of my favorites. I’m not too keen on the ‘Flow Yoga’ just because I like to stay in the positions a little bit longer than any flow yoga allows you to (and that’s completely my opinion) but with that being said I absolutely love this dvd! I do it several times a week with the variation of his other DVD’s.

Good video
Good video. the three practices are short (20 minutes +/-) and essentially all of them are the flow-type of yoga. The Flow yoga moves very fast and I feel like holding the poses a little longer. The flow and the Core programs are solid. I like to start with a session going through poses that I do in classes (one time each) and them do these 20 practices so that there is a more complete session.

Excellent Video for Home Practice
I've had several Rodney Yee Yoga videos. They're all great. This one is not too challenging yet the video has satisfying Yoga sessions. I use them for home practice, and I highly recommend....

Rodney is the best! Very easy to follow his instructions. And I am seeing results already I’ve had this video is for just a few weeks. But isn’t the first that I tried I’ve been doing yoga for over 50 years! I highly recommend this video!

Good videos
Great video with 3 yoga workouts. The digital copy isn’t valid in Canada. You need an account with Vudu and it’s a US only service, their customer service confirmed this info with me.

Usefullness
This is an okay video. Thought it would be more intense. This is better for beginners but it doesnt explain the poses well enough.
