Perfect loaf!
**Update: 9 months later I still completely love this loaf pan and will be purchasing a second as I bake so much bread. I no longer brush the pan with any oil or pan release, the bread still comes out perfectly. I am now baking 15-20 loaves of bread a month as everyone just loves the bread! This pan has helped me perfect my bread game. Perfect for sandwiches! I have never washed it in the dishwasher. I recommend a quick wash with a soapy cloth and rinse with hot water, only takes a minute. I've never had any issues with sticking. I remove the lid and let bread cool for 10 minutes in the pan before turning it out. Perfect every time. 100% recommend this pan to anyone wanting a Pullman loaf pan.I have wanted one of these bread pans for years. I was hopeful this pan would work out for my wants/needs based on other reviews. So far it's been better then I hoped. I always brush my pan with homemade pan release before using (1 part each butter/oil/flour). I remove the lid (when used) immediately after it comes out of the oven, then I let the bread sit in the pan 10 minutes before turning out on the cooling rack. I bake an average of 10 loaves of bread a month. Sometimes more. And I do think this pan is now my favorite.This pan bakes beautifully and cleans up easily. Just a quick wash with soapy cloth, rinse and air dry.Would definitely recommend this pan.

Stop shopping and buy this thing. Really. There's no better way in the world to bake sandwich bread than this.Prehistory: I bought two different Pullman pans, and this is by leaps and bounds my favorite of the two. With it I can't make artisanal bread... but then I don't eat artisanal bread. That isn't what I bought this for. This... makes glorious loaves, completely square in cross-section, with no hard crust or clumsy arched top. It's the ideal sandwich bread. There's nothing to wish for.Hint: I use frozen bread dough from WalMart, two 1lb lumps in a long Pullman pan. They cost nearly nothing, and it's exactly perfect for sandwiches.Side note: I never ever ever give five stars for anything. To me, that requires that the merchandise be above-and-beyond. I gave this pan five stars because it's honestly above-and-beyond. It's not just good, it's superb.

Super easy to prep, clean, and use. This is my second pan purchase in a week. I absolutely love hot this bakes my sourdough sandwich loaves.

Perfect size for an actual loaf of bread
The size of the large pullman for 2.2Lb dough is finally the perfect size I have been looking for. It bakes great, is high quality metal and works exactly as expected. I did not expect holes in the bottom and thought that was odd, but it doesn’t affect my bakes. I use a piece of parchment anyway, but the top and sides slide right off so parchment doesn’t seem like a requirement. I use a double batch of Hungry Hue’s Japanese milk bread recipe and this works perfectly for our family for the week. I like this better than having to make multiple loaves through the week. Love the quality and size. Perfect for sandwiches 🥪

works well
The pullman loaf pan works well. I used it for my standard 4 cup flour recipe and it didn't fill the pan to the top. Anyway, it seemed to heat up evenly, my loaf is all the same color on the bottom and on the sides. The cover slides on and off very easily even when using huge silicone oven mitts. After baking, I only need to rinse and wipe the pan on the inside for cleaning. It is substantial weight. There are vent holes in the bottom. I like the pan so far.

Fresh milled bread comes out perfect
I mill my own wheat for a family of 12. These pans make the best sandwich bread, plenty big enough to feed my whole crew. The bread never sticks and it cooks very evenly. I use these daily as we only eat homemade bread and I don't know how I would do it without my pullman pans.

Very Durable
The media could not be loaded. I've been using my Pullman Loaf Pan for over 2 years, which is amazing. It is very durable and stands the test of time even for an avid baker and cook. I have featured it on my YouTube Channel Evita Cooks and Preps and everyone loves it. I 100% Recommend it, so much so that I just ordered a second one.

excelente compra, aunque no viene con una receta el mismo modelo te dice que es para hacer 1 kilo de harina, excelente para rebanadas mucho mas grandes que las del pan de caja de la tienda, ideal para venta de comida, pedi mi segundo molde despues de probar el primero

Quality
Seems to be good quality. A bit expensive initially but I hope to get years of use from them. Still experimenting with the amount of dough to put in them with the top on. Somewhere around 700g. Looks like you'll need 3 of these for a typical 2 loaf recipe.
