For a quick set up and cheap bench, this is fine and dandy. The legs are very strong and secure, however cost wise, it might be cheaper to build your own, especially if you're using 2x4's. The only issue I don't like about this, is that if you were to tear it down and move, or change dimensions of your table, the guide holes for your screws are irrevocably altered, and you need to make sure that the screws are still secure. Once you drill in, it is difficult to undo and change. Make sure you measure twice, and drill only once.

I like it, very strong if you build it right, I put mine on Casters, their is a way to do it. It works just fine to work off and great for spray painting on, it not to big and not too small. It's up to you on how big you want it. A must buy;

Great set up I just did a 4 by 8 table with one shelf.Good solid table easy to build took me 20 minutes and I can reuse the legs if I need a smaller table in the future

one of the legs was slightly warped, making it difficult to assemble. very expensive, compared to buying 2x4's. but, extremely easy to build yourself a workbench

Bought 3 sets, we have 10 other sets in our work place, these legs make a great work bench foundation.Will buy more.
