Our old basket broke so I ordered a new one. It works exactly the same but for a fraction of the replacement price. It fit our Tefal Actifry perfectly, the basket is really good for cooking things like chicken breast, sausages etc. that you don’t want to be pushed around. When attached the basket slowly turns. It’s easy to take on and off to clean.

Only the tefal branded tray has the correct attachment point.

Works a treat in my old air fryer, handy for chicken ect

Have now used this for sausages, chicken thighs and frozen fish. All cooked beautifully in less than half time it would have taken in the oven and remained moist. Great addition to my (almost) vintage Tefal Actifry series 1.

The description is inaccurate, this doesn’t fit my model and from the other reviews clearly it doesn’t fit many other of the listed models either. Don’t bother checking the answers to questions or believe the various answers saying “item fits perfectly”.

This is a great item it fits perfectly and works well in my actifryer it is a bit hard to clean but that's because my parter leaves everything dirty and doesn't tell me hah

This basket is for use in the original range of Tefal Actifryers. It adds a lot of versatility to an already good machine. It replaces the turning paddle. It does turn but the food stays in the same place relatively to it. It is therefore great for cooking soft easily broken up foods such as fish. It is also good for breaded foods such as fish fingers or scampi.Being a grated basket also allows for cooking from both sides so run time for the ActiFry is less.Be aware the handle on the basket does get hot during cooking so if you do need to remove the basket whilst it is hot use an oven glove to lift it out.I am very pleased with this product.

It feels cheap and doesnt fit properly!
