This dryer/styler was received in perfect condition!!! I have purchased others and not one of them were packaged as well as this one and arrived in such fantastic condition!! The box was so sturdy and thick, and the inside piece was like pulling out a drawer from the outer cardboard box. The inside box was as sturdy and protective as the outer one!!! This can be stored inside the box if not in use!!! The brush head was WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP, adding an extra layer of protection so that the bristles were not damaged in shipment at all!!! This was really impressive compared to others I have received!! This device works really well also!!! It helps dry my hair and style it much more quickly than with a regular hair dryer and round brush!! There are no safety concerns with this device whatsoever as I’ve seen in others, and it is so easy to use!! I just love the green color as well!! Everything works exactly as it should!! It is easy to use with one hand for much of the time!! I am able to get large sections of hair around the brush head, roll it up from wet and towel-dried hair into one section around the brush, let it dry on high heat first, then when I feel it starting to get hot near my scalp, I just switch it over to the cool setting, which is two notches down around the bottom of the device. That is probably the only thing about this device that I don’t like as much as others that have the buttons right where my hand is holding the device and the buttons for switching between heat settings is a one-handed motion. With this device, I have to use my other hand to hold the dryer/styler while I use the other hand to change the heat setting around the bottom of the device, which is really not a big deal since this works so well!!! I cannot find any concerns about this dryer/styler at all!! Great care was taken to ship this device in a sturdy and very protective manner, which really impressed me!!! I just have to believe that if this company took such great care of this device in sending it out, then they must have taken great care to make it as well!! The only thing that is a “bummer” is that there was no protection plan that I could purchase for this device, which I have purchased for all of the other similar drying/styling devices whenever available. I was so impressed with this device that when I received another brand from a different seller that arrived in horrendous condition, the box ruined from the bristles being jammed into the interior of the box and scraping off the protective ceramic tourmaline from the brush barrel, I wrote to that seller about the care that was taken with THIS device to hopefully suggest ways for that seller to make improvements on their product!! I really want to find a great dryer/styler that has a 2-inch round barrel (not including the size of the bristles) that also rotates. However, the reviews on those devices are not good at all, including the defective one I had received and had given constructive criticism to in regards to the care in which this device was made and shipped to me. I am hoping that one company will take the time to really make a rotating dryer/styler with a 2-inch round barrel that is not an accident-waiting-to-happen as far as electronic concerns, that actually is made well, that has a GROUNDED PLUG (which one that I ordered did not), that actually had the power to run, to dry the hair, as well as the ability for the rotation to actually work with regular hair and not with only a couple of strands of hair around the brush at a time. I would also actually love to find one in which the rotation actually continues working after only a few attempts, if any. I do absolutely believe that this company, Adagio, could actually build a device like I just described that could make it work because so many people are wanting this type of device, but the reviews on almost all of them are not positive enough to really give them a try or hope they will work and actually last.Despite the fact that I would still like to find a device like I described, this device works great and I truly enjoy using it!! It works hard, and I’m able to dry and style my hair in fairly decent sections of hair!! It is strong and works great!! This one is my current favorite and the only one I’ve been using regularly!!! I love it!! I hope this is helpful!!

Nice, inexpensive tool to style hair. My hair is below my ears and I got the large blow out brush styler; I could also have gone with the smaller size. The brush does get very hot when in use, so you need to be careful after it heats up. Also, it cannot be immersed in water to clean the brush, so I unplug the brush, remove the hair on the brush, and wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Having said all this, I like the way the blowout brush leaves my hair--smooth and silky.

This is such an easy blow dry brush to use. Not only does it dry your hair quickly - it gives major volume!

If I could rate a minus 5 stars I would. Product looks nice but works once and never again. No help from Amazon and no response from the seller. Don’t buy.

I love this hair dryer brush. It leaves my hair so smooth, and dries my hair in a couple minutes.I ordered one for my daughter, and teenage granddaughter, they love it as much as me.

I absolutely loved this. Gave my hair a lot of volume and absolutely no frizz. But unfortunately it started to get super HOT on the handle and eventually stopped working completely.🫤 I’m thinking I had used it for about 2 or 3 years.

Loved this for drying and straightening at the same time. Brush has not caught or tangled my hair. I've used it every other day it for a month and so far I am extremely pleased.
