Yes, they are "smaller than expected" but if I'd have paid attention to the measurements, I would have expected the right size. They are able to be wrapped and, though other have complained of tarnish, mine came shiny and beautiful. Pay attention to the size and these should be perfect for your needs! 😁

feel very cheap
when attempting to gently wrap with macrame cord several of the small moons came apart. I gave up using them.
