Amazing Laser TV. Loving it. Picture and sound are great. Light reflecting screen makes watching during the day no problem at all. Smart features are good as well but still no support for Disney+. Would recommend the Hisense offer of a free installation, after you buy you can register your product and book a date.

The projector itself and free installation service (Screen) has been great and I have nothing to complaint about. However, the include version of BBC iplayer does not have access to UHD content, despite the fact that the projector itself is HDR HLG compliance. Of course there is a way round it but using Roku stick..etc. But considering the hardware is capable and that other VIDAA OS under Hisense does have BBC iplayer HDR/UHD content access, it is rather disappointing, particularly this is supposed to be a 2021 model (compared to the A12). I have contacted Hisense support to see if there are any imminent updates - wait and see.FYI, there are no access to Disney+ access at the moment (which I knew about before purchase) - but the lack of access to BBC iplayer UHD/HDR content is not advertised or reviewed anywhere.Hisense has announce that VIDAA roll out of Disney+ so would be interested to see the Laser TV will be included as part of the roll out. Currently none of the support page on Hisense UK website has any info - in fact, if once access their website site and choose the Laser TV model numbers, it links you to an error page.....

Crisp, crystal clear image, and massive screen size! It has exceeded any expectations! Free installation was handy.

Picture quality is really Fantastic ! And I am amazed how good the sound and Picture is , also the screen comes with convenient package which is quite considerate !
