Did an excellent job replacing the old spigot on our triple sink.

Gives extra reach to litchen faucet
Our old house must be one of the few with kitchen sink water pipes fed from the wall instead of below. So we cannot buy a modern fancy faucet - we use Chicago faucet, which comes with an 8 inch spout.The 8 inch can be mored through 180 degrees but doesn't reach much of the sink. This 12 inch replacement is almost necessary.However it is heavier than the original part and puts more strain on the fitting. Over time, it starts to leak at the fitting and squirts water everywhere. Hence the replacement part.

difficult return and misleading information
Head our warning -- we purchased this part and when it arrived, the threading for the connection did not fit our facet. unfortunately for us, the packaging was wet (arrived in the rain) and was tossed .... we are not unable to return and the need for hte original packaging (which is nuts, it was a plain box) makes the part not returnable.
