Looks like a good beginning with a great product
Our Prestige oven was quite good but a month ago it died. The element needs replacement I think. I used it as a dehydrator because it can hold temp at 60, but I guess it wasn’t designed for that work.We need a replacement if the Prestige can’t be repaired… we will carry it to the service center anyway.I was dilly dallying over this particular Hamilton Beach oven for the last month. It looked good in theory and reviews, but what if ?Would I get service ? Would it be what we actually want ?I honestly don’t know because we got it this morning.I am sharing pictures of the item and contents.The packaging was good and everything arrived in good condition.The accessories were again carefully double packed. Someone has paid serious attention to the packaging system.This also leads me to believe the ownership experience will be equally good.Shall update after using.Sharing pictures also of the older oven for a size perspective. Also the front and side photos of the oven racks.HB in blue is the rack on the Hamilton Beach.The build quality of the oven and the accessories look and feel good too. No regrets there

Useful OTG
Very good product. Making pizza is easy. Air fryer is also good. Frying chicken and fish was easy and tastes good. It’s compact and the knobs are reliable. It’s easy to clean. Overall it’s a nice product.

Good product, handy for a small family consumption.utensil quality must improve, and hard to clean the glass surface.

Waste of money in the Big Brand like Hamilton
Waste of the money, when I was buy this one that product has to Mentioned on website Air fryer in it but usually it's not there and not working as an Air fryer, difficult for wife to use it,

Not really an air fryer
While this works great as an OTG, I had mixed results using it as air fryer. Might be because it's bigger and air fry option is not efficient. However, what ever gets done is quite satisfactory and meats are tasty. Getting the right elements heating or rather placing the food correctly inside is a rather tricky option.

Excellent compace product
I really like the compact offering from Hamilton Beach. It serves the purpose of both OTG and air fryer. So far so good. ! It's a value for money product.

Good product.
It’s a good product. Working well so far. Takes more time then mentioned in use book but overall functioning is satisfactory. Particularly air fry mode works well on chicken and vegetables. Most importantly it looks good.

It's made my baking journey more enjoyable... It's been 2 years I have been using it... Touchwood going great. It's perfect for a small family.. we have enjoyed less oil cooking to the utmost...
