It's just what I needed. It does what it says it will do.

Failed after 8 months, no warranty.
Failed after 8 months with normal use in a restaurant setting. Even without any external signs of damage, the wires inside the probe must be damaged because if you shift it at all the display reads 'OL'. The old style probe lasted for years without a problem.
