Q: Is the mic element included?

It was NOT. I recommend the Shure WL185 lav mic.

Q: what wireless band is this?

If you scroll down far enough into the spec section, you'll see that is says band G58. They seem to be the only ones available right now. The G58 band is 470-514 MHz.

Q: Will this work with Bose L1 Compact?

Absolutely! We use them with our Bose L1 Compacts weekly.

The SLXD system is fantastic, sound is superb!I added this SLXD1 to my SLXD4 system for horns and guitars. Although it’s plastic it is very durable.Will be buying 3 more soon!
