This came to me in 2 boxes, both were damaged, contents unharmed. I had to tighten every screw on the brackets that hold the arms to the sofa and hold the sofa it’s self together, not a good sign. The “legs” I had to screw into the bottom are plastic, one extra twist with the screwdriver and Crack! Now for the sofa it’s self…I call it My Fred Flintstone sofa.If you want comfort look somewhere else.If it weren’t for the fact shipping this back would probably cost as much as the damn thing itself I would.Save your moneyUpdate: The company contacted me and offered a full refund and told me to keep the sofa

Easy to assemble and perfect for small apartment
The media could not be loaded. We ordered this couch to add additional seating on the vacant wall in our open living room. The sofa and its included chaise arrive packed in two huge, flat boxes. The unboxing process was simple and easy, largely because the seller packages its products with its signature “knocked down” method; this means that the sofa’s cushions, instructions, parts, and tools come packed neatly inside (and on top of) its frame. This technique is meant to reduce the risk of damage during shipping as well as cut down on packaging and shipping costs. All assembly tools are included, although I did use a box cutter to open the boxes. From there, with the help of my wife, I assembled the sofa in under an hour. The information is relayed primarily with diagrams that were not so helpful and informative. Once we deciphered them, however, we completed the project quickly. In terms of quality, I felt this sofa was super sturdy and built to last. During the testing period, it also held up exceptionally well; dirt, hair, and bits of food don’t cling, and anything that does wipes away easily. Also, my dog often sleeps on it, and he hasn’t left any scratches or pulls in the upholstery. The piece that has the pullout is heavy so make sure you are careful when moving it and get someone to help you. Still, it’s better this way than having more pieces to assemble in my opinion. The final sofa is super cute. We chose the light blue color and it’s really vibrant and refreshing against our grey walls. If you have guests sleeping over often then the pullout is convenient because it turns into a day bed. Converting it is easy, you just pull it out by the handles. We are usually leaving it like this for stretching out to watch TV and to let our dog have room to lay with us.Make sure you review the size measurements and measure the wall or area you want to place the sofa. This is a more firm couch, which is good if you are looking for something you can sit without sinking into it. The storage area under the chase portion is an added bonus. This is great for keeping extra pillows and a blanket. This would especially be good for apartments or houses with small rooms that need added seating. Overall it’s a nice sofa, cute and solid quality.

Extremely firm!
First, let me say that this is one of the best sellers I have ever delt with! I bought this with everyday use in mind. That was a mistake on my part. I believe this is more suited to a guest room, for the occasional overnight friend. It's much too firm for daily use. One of the issues I have is where seams meet, there is no padding, just boards. It's like the manufacturer forgot to wrap the frame. Another issue I have is the material developed peels after two days of use. Once again, not intended for everyday use. However, this is a great design and versatile. Maybe mine is an anomaly but padding is an issue. Through my own fault, I missed the return window but the seller went above and beyond to satisfy me and I'm sure satisfied at this point. I would purchase from these folks again.

Great for our small beach home
This sofa looks great and then at night we can open it up to snuggle and watch TV and when our grands stay over the back lays down for a nice bed! Love it and the color is awesome!

I wouldn't recommend
When I purchase this couch, there were no reviews, so I didn't really know what I was in for. I didn't write a review earlier because I was just trying to talk myself into the product, but I am at my wits end with this couch. The item came in two boxes, and assembly was easy (which was nice!), but when I put it together I noticed there was a huge tear in the base (pictured). I brushed it off because I understand that things get damaged in delivery.Assembly was decently easy, it sort of just clicks together which is nice, but we tried putting the wheels on and they broke off. So, it sits on the ground but when we fold the sleeper part in and out, it tears our rug every single time.I do like that there's storage in the chaise, and it is nice for a small space, which we have in New York City. However, it's just so uncomfortable. I think it's ok as a sleeper, but as a couch, it really is dreadful. You can feel the wooded bones and metal springs all over. It's such a bummer because I wanted to like it.We've had it for a couple months and it's pilling as well, which is maybe normal for a tweed (?) couch, but it definitely makes the color look dingier.I understand that the price point is low, so maybe I should have known, but since there weren't any reviews at the time, I had no idea.

It could all be so simple, but you'd rather make it HARD!
Everything was going great until i tried pulling the wheels on. First of all.. this tool doesn't fit between the wheel and the holes for screw... second, try using that tool WHEN THE HOLES AREN'T EVEN PRE-SCORED!?!?! Oh and if you think your drill will fit then you're wrong. This literally has me so p***** that im sitting here at the couch, with my drill and newly developed carpel tunnel trying to figure out why a couch that cost dang near $700 would have such a flaw in the design. They could literally prescore or even make the wheel base holes a couple centimeters away from the wheel and it would've been set up in 10 mins... instead ive been here FOR AN HOUR!!!

Package arrived in shambles
Only one of I think 2 boxes arrived. This one is a disaster. I'm writing this review for documentation sake at this point, since we paid a lot for shipping as well which is obviously a jip.
