Although not quite as illustrated (the slots in the wooden struts are not "cut out" as shown, but run right to the bottom) the Serenity Headboard nevertheless represents a good value proposition. As others have noted, it's necessary to remove quite a number of staples in order to release the product from its protective packaging - so you need to have a small screwdriver and a pair of pliers to hand. It's easy enough to attach the struts and when fitted to the bed the headboard seems fairly stable, although I have found it necessary to attach felt buffers to the back of each top corner to soften contact with the wall when the headboard is leant against. From an appearance point of view, the chenille fabric looks good and the design is simple but elegant. For me, it's been a good purchase.

Love the colour, love the quality, fast delivery, amazing price

Nice headboard for the price. If you are wanting a deep padded headboard this is not for you. We found the top edge very thin but it was for a spare room so wasn’t a problem really.Packaging was not very good. Was wrapped in clear plastic and there was two large slashes in it. Luckily it hadn’t damaged the headboard, don’t know how. Luck on their part.

The legs were easy to put on and it fitted the bed perfectly. Looks good . Great value for money

This is a lovely design, lovely fabric and we're very pleased with it. BUT the first one arrived broken. I contacted the seller, who arranged a replacement the very same day, which was lovely. I have no complaints re service or the quality of the item. However, the headboard came in only a protective plastic sheet, so the courier company had managed to snap the end section completely. I asked for extra protection for the replacement - which came in TWO protective clear plastic sheets. Luckily this time DHL took more care, and it arrived in perfect condition. But I've only given 4 stars as I think there should be a lot more protection: sturdy cardboard box at the very least.
