I've been messing with this system for almost two months and it's still not working properly. First, the panel went bad so they shipped me a new one...from China...which took weeks. Then I had to re-add every sensor in the house to the new panel In addition, some of the sensors were bad so they shipped me this random box that had a few more sensors, some of them used by someone else, and an exterior alarm, which cannot be configured to the panel and works as a stand-alone device. (not helpful)The manual is ridiculously confusing and not thorough at all. You will not be able to program this without their help. On the plus side, they are fairly responsive but due to the time change they are responding in the middle of the night so you won't see their email until the next day and if you are still stuck, you'll wait another day for their response. The automated voice is a lady in Chinese that has very rough English so you can't always understand what the panel said because her accent is so thick.I'm honestly ready to throw it all in a box, ask Amazon for a full refund, and move on. I would not recommend this system even though the price is right. They need to completely re-do the manual, layout step by step instructions and be more ready to go out of the box. I'm now probably 30-40 emails back and forth with them just trying to get the system I bought to work properly.

Great DIY alarm system. Plenty of sensors and everything worked right out of the box. I like the dual phone capability (Landline and GSM). Siren is crazy loud! Two reasons why not a 5 Star review:1. I realize that translating to English is problematic, but some of the key sequences are just plain wrong in the instructions. Maybe take another look at the instructions with someone who is a native English speaker to tweak the instructions.2. Still not sure which Android app to use from the Play Store. The app listed in the instructions does not exist on the Play Store and I found two that are close. I'll try both to see which works and update the review, but this should be very plain in the app store.

1. The motion sensors that I just received use common rectangular 9v batteries, not AAA as stated above.You need to open the sensor case, connect the 9 volt battery, close the case, and then switch it ON.2. At first I thought some pieces were missing, but I finally found them packed inside the video camera box.Very clever packing indeed.3. Hopefully I can find a better manual online somewhere ... like how to disable GSM and use the WiFi instead.But, I will read the included manual again ... maybe I missed the WiFi setup somewhere. More Later.

Product is ok but the customer service is the best.Update. System probably worked ok for a couple weeks. After that it became very unreliable. It would not activate every time the door was opened, only sometimes. Customer service deserves 5 stars but the product -2.

Just had it working for a couple of months and the siren included is not working anymore. Also you have to be sure the sensors are no more than 50 feet from the reciever or they are not detected. easy to install but the glue is very weak. have to stick the with sillicon

The system works great for the price. Is very simple to install and set up. Some challenges with cellular communication, but that is more about location then the system.

Require 17 battery at least monthly !
