Love the look-had it installed professionally. Matches ivory sink & Onyx counter. Works well so far and matches the Roman Tub fixtures. Wrote to Amazon Customer Service to put a rush on the order as we had contractor with restrictive dates (due to COVID) and they got it to me within 2 days.

Having done numerous remodeling projects on my own home and for family members, I have run into countless problems with cheaply made products. So when my wife and I gutted our bathroom, we spent a LOT of time researching products and choosing the best we could find in our price range. We picked this faucet based partly on very good reviews of Moen's new faucet valve design, and also because we loved the look and style of the faucet itself. It has a slightly taller spout than most which we liked. Most notably though, is the way it seats down cleanly to the sink top. There is no discernible gap or crevice at the base where water or gunk can collect, and it's very easy to clean around with a sponge. Also, the moving part of the handle is connected tightly and doesn't wiggle like so many others I've seen over the years. In the past 25 years, I've installed dozens of less expensive and cheaply made "contractor" faucets and, although, this faucet cost slightly more that I was originally hoping to spend, it was worth every penny. Just the weight and feel of it alone tells me it's well made. No cheap plastic parts made to look like metal. We couldn't be happier with it. I do try to buy locally when I can but it was WAY less on Amazon than in our local kitchen/bath showrooms where we originally saw it. I am also very pleased with Moen's new valve design. It was extremely easy to install, as compared to so many others and the quality of the material and design was very good. I am not a plumber by trade but I was able to install it without difficulty using a few simple hand tools. The instructions were very easy to follow and made it a breeze. Another nice feature is that, with the valves and faucet set installed separately, the valves can be installed and the water turned back on to the house or bathroom without having to install the handles and spout until the bathroom is all done. There's no need to worry about it getting damaged while work is still being done around it. All in all, I highly recommend this faucet. --------------- (Nov. 23, 2013) Just an update for you. It's been just over a year since I installed this faucet and it still looks and works just as beautifully as the day I put it in. Every time I turn on the water I think about how happy I am that I didn't buy a cheap, flimsy faucet. Very pleased with it so far.

Its a Moen, exactly what we expected. Great look and performance

This is a nice looking design but it is flawed with the angle the water comes out of the spout. I contacted Moen about this issue where the water flow is angled backward toward the counter top. Moen sent a replacement head for free but still has the same issue. Fortunately, the top screws off leaving the valve in place so I can get another model of Moen (at my expense)

Malcolm Hot Springs Village, AR These Moen sink fixtures are amazing quality they deserve more than five stars. The instructions that accompany them are woefully incomplete. I'd go so far as to say they completely suck. The money Moen saved with the poor documentation will come out of your hide in figuring it all out. I am an electronices engineer and quite skilled mechanically and I was going Huh ? when reading the instructions. There is a tool and unlabelled packet with some sort of squeezable goo included . Neither are mentioned in the instructions at all. And its not at all obvious what either are for. The allen wrech tightens the spout mount from the top. The packet of goo appears to be waterproof grease for lubricating and sealing the drain control ball. These two tips just saved you an hour. Frankly, if you are not good with mechanical stuff I'd pass on this. Shame, the actual product is cosmetically and engineering excellent. It will brighten up your bathroom There is no possible way you'll get this installed without a 1 1/4 inch crowfoot wrench. Heres the Amazon page. it is 14.34 with free shipping. it will greatly speed up stripping out your old fixtures as well. This crowfoot will need a 3/8" ratchet, 3/8 to 1/2 adapter and about 12 inches in 3/8 extensions. Don't go nuts over tightening. Include the crowfoot with your order. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000I1R28E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Many of the steps to complete this job are simply flat out missing. Those that have an attempt are woefully incomplete in detail. It is embarassingly [to Moen] incomplete. The product deserves five stars , but I subtracted 3 stars for the almost useless directions. The incmpleteness cost me much more time than this should have taken. I still have one set to install. I expect my hard earned learning curve will save me a lot of time on the next one.
