Elena of Avalor Elena and the Secret of Avalor Hardcover – Picture Book, October 18, 2016

Written from Sofia's pov, but with a section in the back of just Elena and from her pov. I bought this for my 4yo who tends to get very emotionally involved with stories, movies and characters. She has a great imagination and memory and I was worried that the Elena of Avalor movie might scare her (Shuriki parts). So we've been reading it nor a few times a day in hopes that she won't feel like Shuriki is unexpected and so she'll know how the movie ends before watching it tonight.The book is on par with all of the Sofia story books up until now. I love the illustrations and it's easy to read. It is a bit longer than the average Sofia book, but it pulls double duty with the elena and Sofia story, then the background on Elena.My daughter loves it. I'm very happy with this purchase.

A nice book especially if you have watched Eliena of Avalor and/or Sophie the First on Disney. My Granddaughter really likes it.

This is a well illustrated version with big pictures telling the story of the movie that spun Elena off of Sofia. A nice bedtime story for Disney junior fans.

The artwork captured in this child's book is absolutely amazing! The attention to detail, the bright and beautiful colors made for a page turner on top of the story-line, which was short and sweet and perfect for my baby girl's age! Definitely recommend for families whose children enjoy Princess Elena or Princess Sofia or both!

Very cute book and shipment was very fast. My 5 year old loves the TV show and so she was pleased to get this as a gift. She brought it for show and tell at school, which they enjoyed. It's not too small and not too large and the picture quality/color is really nice.

Such a fun book to read! My daughter's love all things Disney and saw preview for the new Elena and Sofia movie on TV. I purchased this book in advance not knowing it was the same story as the movie. They were excited to read it before it comes out on TV. Elena is a great role model and this book brings together two of their favorite TV shows: Sofia the First and Elena of Avalor. If your littles love Elena and Sofia they will surley love this! Nice hardback book with jacket cover.

This was a lovely book, my daughter enjoyed the stories. It starts off with a story about how Princess Sofia released Elena from the emulet and then the second story is of Elenor. It’s quite long but my 5 year old manages to sit through it.
