Beautiful light, but…
We bought this chandelier for our remodel. We love it. Unfortunately one of our contractors walked into it right after installation and broke one of the bottom glass cylinders. I contacted Gallery to see if I could purchase a glass replacement. They were not helpful. They said it was made by a different company now and the glass may not fit. I said I would like to buy it and try it anyway. They would not sell it to me. Such terrible customer service.
