THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING 4 STARS IS SO THAT PEOPLE KNOW IM A LEGIT BUYER AND NOT SOME BOT TRYING TO HELP GET SALESOk, so I've been buying insoles for a long time now, years actually(yes I am that insecure about my height) and I'll be honest, these are the best insoles I've worn so far,So I'm going to assume that you aren't dumb and you're aware that these only give about 2-3cm(1 inch) of height, if that's what you were looking for when buying these or searching these then you will love these already,Insoles usually give 2 problems that I've seen,1. They actually give the height they advertise but they feel like just putting a piece of hard plastic on your feet and it right away feels uncomfortable after like 2 to 3 hours. Most of these advertise only wearing their insoles for a few hours or a few days out of the week, but let's be real here, why in the F**K would I want to be 5'9 on Monday just to be 5'7 every other day, I(just like you probably) want that height boost all the time, I mean that's where the insecurity starts right??2. They advertise being comfortable with arch support but most of the time those insoles are either too narrow or (and this is important) are too short from the frontThese insoles are perfect in terms of sizing. I am a small guy(if that wasn't so damn obvious -_-) I'm 171cm(5'7) and wear size 8.5(42) and most insoles are too narrow even for me. THESE are not too narrow, they are wide and long( NOTE: when I say "long" I mean they are half insoles that actually reach past the arch with a sexy enough curve)I've worn these insoles with Vans, converse, Air Maxes, AF1's, Balenciaga Triple S's, Rick owens and they either fit perfect or are too big(yes, too big)Also because they are only about 3cm you can wear them in the majority of shoes even low cut shoesLong description short, these are perfect IF they are what you're looking for, 1 inch insoles that fit perfectly and can actually be "too big" for your shoesWith all this being said, let me give you some words of encouragement:Your height doesnt define you nor should it matter to you,. I am an average dude, average face, height, shoe size, little Jimmy size, I am average.Yet, I've had many girlfriends(relationships that lasted years) and I've been with 2 women who were 178cm and 184cm, all this BEFORE I started using insoles. I am not gonna lie to you and tell you that height doesn't matter in this world, because only us short dudes know that it does for the most part.But what I will say is that wearing these will not make you 100% happier, heck, even getting leg surgery probably won't make you happier, you have to have confidence in yourself first.That is the most important thing I hope you learn along the wayCheers short mate~

These are well made, durable insoles that work very well for most people. Have used them before and they lasted a long time before a replacement was needed. Good price, and excellent service by seller.

My right leg is shorter than my left and by using one of these in my shoe I avoid spending money to have my shoes altered with each new pair. Also only certain types of shoes can be altered and with this I can use it with almost any type of shoe.

This is much more comfortable than I was expecting. I need it in only one shoe (after hip surgery, my right leg is still about 1.5 cm shorter than my left), and this gets me most of the height I need. I wish it had a bit more grip, so it didn't slide forward when I'm putting on the shoe. This is only an issue with some shoes, and it doesn't happen at all in shoes where I can put the lift under the shoe's insole.

I have used these Increase Heel Pads for a week now. The quality is good, however, as they are kind of short, they are moving in the shoes and make it uncomfortable to walk. I will give it another week and if it did not get better I will go for a return. Also, they are only fit in boots and not in regular shoes.

The inserts are fine and as described, however, not sure they are approriate for me. Following a catastrophic ankle break due to a fall,the ankle is fused. Heal insert raises the heal but provides no support for the rest of the foot... hence a problem... mine, not the manufacturer. Full length sole of equal hieght would work better...

The product arrived quickly and seems to be of very good quality. BUT this is not just a heel riser, there is a very dominant arch support. My heel doest feel elevated, just my arch. I am returning the product.

But I prefer if each size sold separately.I used one and threw the other size in the garage
