tool did not work for me, but great company
The tool did not work for me as the nut size was to deep in the socket to reach the nut. However I wrote a review advising the tool is a good value and very sturdy, but it did not work for me. I did not request or plan on returning the item due to the small investment. The company must have read my review and refunded my money without my asking and without asking me to return the tool. That is what I call good old fashion honesty and interest in customer satisfaction.

Cheap but effective!
I’m a 40yr old woman, we bought an old home that needs to be updated & im doing it by myself b/c my husband is not a “do”er. That’s ok. BUT replacing faucets made me nervous. In the past I’ve always hired out… can’t afford to do that for this house. So… I did it. And I this bad boy is my new BFF. It was stupid easy to use. Made the process ridiculous. It’s cheap. I’m sure the more expensive ones are better quality, & make it even easier, blah blah. But this guy gets the job done in tight spots. If your doing a few change outs, you don’t need anything else.

Flexes
Not too impressed with this tool. It bends and flexes when I wrench down on it. The faucet I was trying to use it on had been in place for a long time and had rusted to the sink basin. I was not able to break it loose, but I don’t really blame that on this tool. While using it though, it felt less than sturdy.
