My one star for product went to 5 stars for customer service
Here's my updated review. The customer service from this company is exceptions. They were concerned about my one star review and reached out to me. They resolved the issue and I am a happy customer.One think about this product is that it is very light weight and made for smaller children. I would say 4 and under.

Not practical for the value
This product was for two five year olds, but decided to return it because there were missing items (yellow balls, red bean bag) and the white straps that go around the blue balls fall off. The only thing I thought was of value was the little bean bags. They have a good weight to them and small enough for children.

My children like this product very much, and ask their friends to play it in the backyard. When the children's birthday, it is a good game, easy to carry, and they will take it to the park to play with the children in the park, so that they know how to share.

Product was broken inside. It was the ball shooter used for the games. Sent it back for a refund. Not the greatest quality.

Ball gun broke in first 5mins of using
Loaded the ball gun and after two tries the rubber piece came off and gun no longer works. Not sure if we got a defected toy or if this is with all the ball guns but definitely returning. My 6 yrs old son was very disappointed.
