Good product-slow shipping
We are very pleased so far with the wheelchair itself except wish the arms were available on Amazon in full length rather than the short desk arms. Short arms are not comfortable for my tall husband. They also are not long enough for him to help push off to stand as he has no leg strength. The anti tippers are essential and make getting over raised thresholds very easy. The chair turns easily. The weight is also easily manageable (essential) for me to get into and out of the car trunk. Footrests are adequate but take time to put on and take off and are on the short side for long feet. Features that would be appreciated for a 6’ man 170 lbs would be 1) full arm option, 2) 2-3” higher seat and arms (arms are low with no easy way to add padding to raise them), 3) 3” higher back as we have to add a seat pad or the chair is too low for long legs and too low for him to stand up even with help, 4) higher or adjustable height caregiver push handles as I have to stoop which is tiring and I’m only 5’6”, 5) easily available (Amazon) spare or replacement tires/wheels as they are unavailable in our area. The chair seems well made. Shipping from the company and UPS was slower than expected and certainly not Prime worthy. We will update if our experience changes over time.

What a TREASURE This is !
What a MARVELOUS wheelchair! Hubby and I were both extremely pleased -- and surprised -- when we sat in it and were so comfortable. Although the wheelchair is for him, I didn't want to get out of it. When I finally relinquished it to him, he sat in it and his eyes lit up. I am absolutely DELIGHTED, especially since he did not want to get ANY wheelchair and fought me -- and his doctor -- for months about it. I was also blown away by how agile it is, it spins on a dime and takes up no space at all in the process! Several times, hubby said, "this is not good, I'm never gonna wanna get out of this thing." We had planned to keep it in the trunk of the car permanently, for use outside the home, and he was going to use his walker indoors, but he's changing his thinking now. He really and truly loves the chair, and I could not be happier. It's wonderful to see the man smiling for a change. We did the right thing, choosing this chair over all the others. It's gonna change his life now. Truly. I'm so grateful.

Unit is very light. But, center of gravity off in certain configurations
I bought this chair primarily for the weight. It gives me the ability to open the trunk, take the chair out, or put it in without assistance. However, I have found a major design flaw. If moving forward and one stops, and applies the brakes. In this configuration the front wheels are aft of the front axle. It shifts the center of gravity too far forward. Liening forward ever so slightly will rotate the chair on its back wheels forward literally throw out of the chair. You end up face down on the ground with the chair on top of you. But, if one stops and moves the chair back enough for the front wheels to rotate forward so the wheels are FORWARD of the front axle the center of gravity is shifted significantly aft making the chair very stable to lien forward.Luckily I still have some degree of mobility so I was able to right myself when I was flipped over. But, another person with less mobility could be in a real bind.A nit pick. I do not like the chair in a a likened position. But, again I bought it for the low weight and ease to handle.

A very nice chair, but did not work for my 21 year old granddaughter!
After purchasing three different wheelchairs online, we've learned, no matter how good the reviews are...it's in the best interest of the person using the chair to expend the effort to make sure, in person, that it fits their body and needs!

Flipping forward risk with this chair.
Overall great wheelchair for someone who can sit upright and stay to the rear in this chairThe chair has rear tippers that are awesome, however, the front does not. The chair can easily flip forward. My brother has flipped forward in the chair, causing him to face plant with rug buns to his temple and forehead.I have googled to see if they have anything to prevent this and unfortunately they do not.

Beware of tipping forward!
When I first read the reviews talking about how this chair was easily made to tip forward, I couldn't help but to laugh, HOWEVER, my second day of using this chair I not only flipped forward unexpectedly, I also twisted my knee and bruised my stump where my leg has been amputated. I've been nervous using it since. It is lightweight, and the design of the back is amazing. Unfortunately, it's center of balance is not too good and makes it a hazard in my opinion. So be careful if you decide to purchase and use this chair!!!!
