I purchased this sun cover at the start of the summer to provide some much-needed shade over my pergola. I'm pleased to report that the material has withstood four months of exposure and shows no signs of rips or fading. It effectively blocks out light rain, but during a heavy downpour, some rain may still seep through.One aspect that could be improved is the bungee cords provided with the cover. I initially used them to secure the cover in place, but after a single severe storm, almost all of them snapped and broke. I received replacement bungee cords, but unfortunately, those also broke under pressure.To resolve this issue, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I purchased alternative hardware from Home Depot, which included I-hooks and carabiners. By threading these through the grommets, I managed to secure the cover effectively. It has now endured several months without any issues.In summary, I do recommend this sun cover for its durability and sun-blocking capabilities. Just be prepared to invest in different hardware to keep it securely in place, especially in adverse weather conditions.

I purchased this to use as something else. I did not need it for my garden or to shade outside. I actually use this as a fabric to put down in an indoor car show. It was a lot cheaper to go this route than buying heavy carpet. The challenge has been removing the wrinkles. I have left it outside on my back deck in the sun and most of them went away. I'm also not to worry because most of it will be hiding under the car. The material seems durable although I don't know how it will hold with our PNW winds. After the show I'll probably use it for shading.The colors are almost perfect to match my car colors. I ordered the chocolate but it seems I got the Mocha. Either way it looks good. Has gold grommets. 11 on the 20' side and like 6 or 8 on the other.
