These taste great easy to chew and swallow though they leave your mouth purple for a bit especially if you brush your teeth right after chewing these 🙄. If you take 2 you will be poopin easily in 6 to 10 hours. Guaranteed! You could probably take 3 if you were extremely constipated but I never have so take at your own risk. So far so good and probably healthier than using a chemical stimulant.

I am rating this based on my experience. I have bought other brands that did taste better than these but these actually work especially well. You don't have to wait super long for these to work and you don't have to worry about them being too strong either. I found balance in the way these work and I would buy again.

Taking four of these after about 8 hours works. I just have to remember to drink a lot of water with it. The taste is very acceptable

I do not like the taste of ginger - especially in this flavor combination -, so this product although tolerable, tastes unpleasant to me.The product I received tastes stale, and the expiration date is only 3 months away. The average person does not generally beed a whole bottle of laxative in only 3 months. I am not pleased with this product for the price I paid

These are so disgusting. I typically use Senokot gummies and they work amazing, but Amazon was out of stock and everywhere in my local area was out of stock as well… Now I know why, they work so well! These? They have a really strange texture, especially when you get halfway through them. And they are so perfumey, it’s gross. It’s like having a sweet mouthful of Sephora.And were they effective? I don’t think so. Normally I can take two of the Senokot and have a regular go with things in the morning, and these just don’t get things moving along. I would save your money and get Senokot instead.
