Easy to install just purchase some carpet spray glue. Spray the wall not the tile and simply stick in a line. Easy cut for round plug sockets. My son is over the moon with how it's stransformed his gaming room. Hope it dulls down him shouting now. But would highly recommend.

They come suction packed and once open start to expand. They don’t fully expand on their own and the blue ones stay quite flat so I dedicated a couple of hours to hand plumping them and had to soak some that refused to expand. Once all this was done we had several stacks of tiles ready to go. Look great and really pleased with the final look. Would recommend but you will need lots of patience - worth the effort though.

Right I will say this first....Please do not be fooled when it arrives!!How they shrank it so much I dont know, when it arrived I was thinking I had made a grave error, I then introduced air and it poofed out.After a couple of days it had fully fluffed out, they are easy to cut or rip.I am still installing them so can't say how well they dampen the sound but I do recommend them this far

I’ve put them up in my garage for my drums NOT sound proof but reduces the sustain and echoes. My wife is happy says it all!

The package was tiny, that was very cool. Opened it. Proof, expanding foam squares. Left them 30 hours or so while we nipped to Wickes to get spray adhesive. See pictures of the cream embossed painted over been up for 20 years wallpaper, yeah it went on that like a dream. 20 minutes to do the half the wall. Hindered only by desk, Monitor and a cat. Brilliant, perfect. Fab.
