Not genuine leather that I have ever seen
I love the style of the product. However, I specifically wanted genuine real leather. I would have gladly paid many more dollars for this design and real leather. The description says the product is “leather”. There is no “genuine leather” stamp on the product. I suspect the body of the wallet may be bonded aka fake leather. The straps are more like a vinyl coated plastic strap. I need the case immediately so I will keep it but I also know I likely will have to replace it before too long as the fake leather flakes off. Disappointing.

Great case - breaks haptic feature
I love zve - had their old case for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and it was awesome. This case featured an updated design that is even better. Unfortunately, the magnetic charging case breaks the phone’s ability to vibrate when a call comes in. Sadly this means I cannot use this case. 2 stars for great design, terrible functionality. :(:(

It’s ok
I like the features and it’s nice to have a crossbody style for walks but it’s rather cheaply made (but the price reflects that) and the hooks are difficult to hook/unhook when you want the strap off. The zipper also keeps sliding down which is annoying.

Phone will not vibrate
Great concept for a phone case but phone will not vibrate when in case. Unfortunately don’t think I’ll be able to use.

iPhone 13 Pro Max Not Compatible
When my phone is in the case, vibrate on ring or alert does not work. If I take the phone out, it works like normal. I researched the issue and it appears some case’s magnets interfere with the haptics and apparently this is one of them. If that feature worked, I would really like the case, even though it is cumbersome when full with cards.

Don't buy! Both strap holders broke, they cannot be fixed, making it unusable.
Both strap hooks broke & it cannot be fixed. Don't see anyway they will replace it. Don't buy. I tried 5 times to insert a photo, and it didn't work.
