the runner was as described. it was used foe office decor which fit the purpose well. since it was an office we doubled the runner so not sure how it would last outdoors as other reviews mentioned a thin material. I would suggest buying two the color was a pretty shade of fushia and luckily not hot pink

This item was a great addition to the entrance of a school dance. Looked great but will need to use heavier -duty tape than the sticky pads that are included.

This runner was pictured vibrant in color and it appeared to be thicker more on the rug side, but it was actually just a flemsy piece of very thin material! Would not buy!!

When I ordered this item, I had no idea that it was going to be so thin and slick. Don't get me wrong, the color and shine in the sunlight was unbelievably beautiful. Visually it gave everything I wanted. To use it, you might as well be ice skating. If you aren't extremely careful you will slip and fall on this material. We enjoyed looking at it and then we walked right around it for safety. The sticky tabs we used were not sticky enough to hold it down, so you'll need to plan for that.

The color was gorgeous, the material luxurious.The only miss here is that you will need to grab some heavy duty double sided tape because the tabs sent with the runner are insufficient.
