The product is just fine, but the lid wasn’t sealed when it arrived and had leaked all over the box.

I like the product philosophy but in this specific scrub, the material/mixture is rough on the skin more than a normal exfoliation scrub. It actually scraped my skin.

Mystere Beaute's Coconut Charcoal Scrub came well packaged with shrink wrap and a foil seal. There was no leakage. The expiration date is 10/2023. It smells like fresh coconut and has specks of charcoal dotted throughout. It's a deep cleansing scrub that helps detoxify skin. It has stimulating scrubbies that provide a thorough cleaning.My wife and I both tried it. The gritty texture and oil mixture are perfectly proportioned. The scrub renews skin while the oil replenishes moisture. It rinses off easily without leaving an oily residue. We just feel smooth renewed hydrated skin. I appreciate the infusion of collagen and stem cells, ingredients that potentially help to repair skin. I have always had a long list of skin troubles from the chest up, my entire life: keritosis pilaris (chicken skin) on my arms, gigantic pores- pores you can see from a mile away :( I also get cystic acne on my chin and random zits in my ears, other parts of face, chest and neck.So I like to make my own skin scrubs, and I am also always trying new products. They really do help to improve the texture of my skin.This one is one of the very best at exfoliation. Some of the others can be too watery or they melt off as soon as I try to rub them into my skin.I don't know why this is advertised for underarms because it works great for face and body too!This has a very subtle coconut fragrance, unlike a lot of scrubs that are extremely strong smelling.

This Mystere Beute Coconut and Charcoal Underarm Scrub works exactly like it's supposed to. It cleans my underarms thoroughly and scrubs away dead skin, and then coats it with a bit of natural oils to remoisturize the area. I don't normally think of the underarm area when I think of exfoliating, and have just been washing my underarms with soap and water in the past. It amazes me how much smoother and more comfortable the skin feels there after a deep cleaning and detoxifying with this scrub. My wife also likes to use this scrub, especially after shaving her underarms. Instead of the usual dryness and itchiness after shaving, she says it now feels perfectly fine. This is a large jar of scrub, 12 oz (340 g), and I consider it a good value.

I ordered this scrub and it arrived quickly and well packaged. It is a very liquid based item and I like how the jar it came in was in another snugly fit and sealed layer of plastic. This meant that if and when the product did leak, like mine did just a bit, the mess was very well contained and could be put back into the jar if desired, instead of being wasted if it leaked and spilled all over the actual packaging as often happens with other products. So as far as this scrub, I really like how much moisture it puts back into my skin. It is a gentle but effective exfoliator without an overwhelming coconut smell, which is what I was afraid of. Overall, I like this product and am glad I ordered it!

I have tried a few other scrubs Mystere Beaute, and this one is just a wonderful to use. The scrub is definitely on the more abrasive side which is fantastic for my trouble areas (elbows, feet....). The oils and moisturizes are thick and dense and leave the skin feeling nice and smooth. My only complaint, which is probably silly, is the fact that it doesn't smell like coconut at all. Although pleasant in fragrance, I was a bit saddened as I was anticipating a nice tropical scent. With that said, a little goes a long way with this scrub.. and at just under $13 at the time of writing this review, it is an absolute steal!

My wife has tried many different types of scrubs. This one has everything she normally looks for. But there's something else that she wasn't expecting. She shaved her legs after her first use of the scrub. There was no razor irritation or anything. Even shaving cream doesn't do that (she has sensitive skin). There's almost always some irritation somewhere. Not after using this. None. Zero. Zilch. I have no idea why, but this became one of her favorite scrubs, simply because of that.
