Mine fit tightly without having to overtighten. Try putting a piece of electrical tape on 1 side of the block before placing in the track; if that doesn't work, put tape on both sides. Other than that, you will need to replace the blocks that go into the tracks. If you have T-tracks, remove the blocks and use a bolt whose head fits into the grove in the t-track.

Q: Can they be used on a skil ras900 router table?

Yes. The fence however is dependent upon the height. The table top should offer greater flexibility.

Q: Can these be used on a tablesaw fence?

Check the mounting hole dimensions listed on the feather board to see if they match the hole/slot locations on your fence. If they align it should work.
