Using this in a home office, and it looks amazing. The product is well-built and easy to assemble. The only con is you don't find the instructions until the couch is assembled. The instructions are under the cushions in the storage area.

If you are looking for a futon, stop and buy this couch! We recently purchase our second one. Not only is this an amazing pull out style futon couch, it is super comfortable. You can also take the back cushions to sit on it that way or even sleep on it without sliding out the bottom. Queen size futons are very hard to find and this one is a true queen size sleeper. We are short-term rental hosts and our customers can't believe how comfortable the sleeper is. We will be purchasing our third one this spring to put in our own home next! Besides an amazing product, the customer service from this seller is unmatched. I immediately get a text confirmations each time I order and very prompt texts and emails once the couch ships and tracking details. Do not hesitate, buy this couch!

One of the biggest criteria I had for a sofa sleeper was that it be a queen size. However the room where this goes has a sharp right turn in a small hallway to get into it. This sofa come apart into enough pieces that we could make the turn. A big plus is that it's quite easy to put together. Two of us carried it upstairs and had it together in under 20 minutes. It's not light, but it's not the heaviest either. One thing that helped was taping/tying the sofa shut so that it couldn't flop open while transporting. The arms clicked right into place and voila! A really nice sofa in the office that can accommodate the occasional guest.I didn't expect it to be comfortable, just needed a solution for the space. Boy were we in for a pleasant surprise. This is hands down one of the most comfortable pieces of furniture in the house. It's just the right amount of firm-yet-springy, and the back cushions are supportive not squishy. Everyone loves sitting on it. Seriously thinking about buying another one. The quality and functionality of this couch at this price is an absolute steal.Something the pictures don't show well is that the back cushions are not part of the couch. They are separate. The seat pulls forward and out (this isn't one of those that just folds in half), reveals the storage space underneath, and that is the perfect place to store bedding, and then when it's a bed, the cushions store there perfectly. Then the back folds down and slides over the storage space. I love that the cushions come off because it means you can make the couch deep enough to snuggle with your partner for movie night. We did get a topper for it because every futon/sleeper I've ever had needed one, but I think it's plenty comfortable without one.Delivery went very smooth - scheduling was easy and the freight shipper and seller both made sure to keep in contact until everything was delivered.

This opens to a full size, not a queen as advertised. The brackets that attach the arms were not aligned with the receiving brackets on the body of the couch so we can’t put the arms on. Even if they were aligned we can’t put one arm on because the arm and the couch body both have receiving brackets (so neither one can slide into the other. Super disappointed, most poorly constructed item I have ever bought. Is there any quality control at all at this manufacturer?

I really like this futon. It’s comfortable as a couch and as a bed. It’s also very nice looking. Haven’t had it long, but I’m impressed so far
