GIKPALAb Machine, Adjustable Trainer for Home Gym, Ab Crunch Exercise Equipment for Beginner

I bought this machine because I just recently canceled my gym membership as their hours and the commute no longer work for me so Ive been looking for some at home small easy to store away work out machines.This one is very lightweight and easy to assemble, had it assembled in under 15 mins. Very sturdy and easy to fold and put away as well.I just got it today but I already tested it out and it works GREAT and you can feel the burn during the exercise! I got the dual one so that I can do more than one method of ab workout on it and the small price difference is completely worth it! Id recommend this machine to anyone looking for a good decent priced home ab machine.

I am 68 years old I am on a weight loss journey. I haven't worked my abbs in years. This is easy to assemble. And easyer to use. I have seen good results. I am currently at 270 pounds, 6' 4 " and it holds me very steady and comfortable. Gives my abbs a good workout.

I bought this because I hate doing crunches and don’t have anything to hang on for leg lifts. It works great! It was super easy to install. I assembled it and got right on. I was planning on starting with 50 but it was surprisingly harder than I imagined at first. I’ve been using it for a while and am seeing results. There is not much resistance so I can see it becoming easier after you’ve done it for a while but I still am enjoying it a few months in. Great little machine for a great ab workout. We just keep it out in the gym at all times so I don’t need to store it but it’s compact enough that storing should not be an issue.

Packaging protection could’ve been better. It arrived damaged in a few places, but it’s still operable. And I don’t think it’s worth the hassle to ship it back for a new one. The directions were a little ehh. There’s caps that are supposedly supposed to go on the arm rest part and there’s no where to put them; caps that won’t come off are already there so… but it seems like it will be good for its job.

This was super easy to put together! I currently have it on the lowest position and it's a challenge. I'm excited to work my way up to the higher positions! Highly recommend this if you are looking for a way to tone your abs!

I have a few problems with this product, but I'll start by saying, it's fine, I guess. The worst part is that it works fine, so I don't feel like spending more money to get a better one. It is really small and narrow, and I feel absurd using it as a 270lbs man, but I can use it and it hasn't broken in any way yet. I am however terrified every time I use it that it might break because it is so small and light. It doesn't take up much space, and folds nicely for storage though. Unfortunately there is no reasonable way to do obliques with this and it has the dumbest leg pads known to man. Overall I would say spend a few extra buck to get a higher quality item if you're over 200lbs or 6'3". If you want to work obliques look elsewhere.

Very easy to assemble. It definitely gives me a work out. I can feel it in my abs and hips. I love using this machine! It's also not too big and it's easy to move around!

This ab machine is a good value. I am 5'2" and can use it comfortably. It is nice and sturdy, with a convenient locking feature for both the open and closed positions. When I need to tuck it out of sight, it is easy to fold, lock, and slip it into the closet. To be honest, I've never bothered to put in a battery. I just count my reps, so I can't speak to that aspect of the machine. It does tighten my abs, as promised. I notice it in my arms and the front of my thighs as well; I don't know if that's a plus or a minus.
