good price fast shipping. drapes are dark red and thick. black out the sun light but more important they stop cold drafts. i could tell the differnce as soon as i hung them.they appear well made. i have order these before and they have been machine wash and dry with no promblem.

For the price these are pretty good curtains. They do block out a lot of light, but I definitely would not call them light blocking. They do a very good job just not a great job, therefor 4 stars.

I bought these curtains because I was looking for a pair that would stretch across a 11ft bay window. I wanted privacy but didn’t look bad when open.These were advertised as blackout curtains but they definitely are not. I think they are actually a little shorter than described but it worked fine for my purposes. Look nice.If you are looking for room darkening curtains though, look else where

You just about can't beat the price on these Nicetown curtains. They are a great bargain, especially if you get them on sale, like we did. The microfiber fabric feels nice and the gray curtains we got are pretty good at blackout (I don't know if the lighter colors would be as effective); maybe not 100% blackout, but about 80%. These do have lower quality control in the sewing than a more expensive pair of curtains, and we found that of the 4 total pairs we bought they we sometimes uneven so they did not match up at the exact height in the middle. But they are functional and very affordable, so if you don't mind a little imperfection, these do an excellent job!

Curtains installed easily and were not wrinkled out of the package. I ordered 2 pair. Unfortunately, the stitching was noticeably different between the 2 packages. Having these up on the same rod, it was very noticeable. That was disappointing. I would still recommend purchasing. I bought the beige color. The material is soft to the touch. It does keep the street light from shining in, which was the purpose for the guest room. They are not see through, which is added privacy. I may consider purchasing the white for another room.

Bought these for a giant south-facing window. These worked great. One nice feature is that the outward-facing side (I bought Biscuit color) is the same color as the side that faces the room. Some room-darkening curtains have a plain white outside. Easy to install. Great value for the price. Highly recommended.

These curtains are wrongly advertised as 84" long when in fact they are only 83" from the top of the curtains above the eyelets. The missing inch is critical - buyers beware

I ordered dark blue, and they really work well! I can't sleep unless my room is pitch black! And these take care of it all.I highly recommend the darker colours, as most of the complaints seem to be from lighter coloured orders.No bad smells, and feel very soft! Extra large hoops for larger rods and easy sliding. You won't be disappointed.

These curtains do look/feel nice, but I'm giving one star because they are not darkening at all. I did order the light Grey colour (and spent so long searching for curtains that would darken for the kiddies rooms), so I figured it wouldn't be as dark. I can see right through the curtain though there is clearly no black layer.If I wasn't looking or needing blackout/darkening curtains I would give these a better review for sure! But they don't do what they say and definitely there is no middle "black" layer.

i literally paid $30 for these and they’re the best curtains ever! they’re extremely soft and the stitching is neat and overall they look much more expensive than $30! plus they block out light really well! the curtains i had previously were pretty sheer and my neighbours could easily see through them. which i hated because when i’m not home i don’t want people to be able to look into my window so i got these and they’re great! 10/10

I had a tough time finding drapes in a size to fit a window at the top of our stairs.The window is is about 6-12 inches too wide for the more popular next size down.These fit the width well. However even after washing and allowing to dry while hung did not get rid he folds from the packaging.I see some have had success getting the wrinkles out using instructions on youtube for getting wrinkles out of polyester. Ill have to check them out.Decent blackout capabilities. A bit to shiny for my taste. I prefer suede finish drapes which hang better and don't show the wrinkles as much, but couldn't find them in this wider size.
