Q: Is pump auto sensing (220v) if used outside us? that is, what does the label say on the side about input voltage? thank you.

It's 120v u will need convent rated at 500 watt to hook up to car battery we set up bed & shut off by itself it take about 5 to 7 minute to stop we've great night sleeping on queens size ez-bed I hope this information is helpful

Q: Do they honor their one year warranty for holes?

I have not had any problems with this bed so I can not answer this for you. It did come with patches for small holes, but as far as a warranty goes they normally would not cover holes unless it's directly at a seam. I would say it is on you.

Q: does thi have a secondary never flat pump

The pump is connected to the mattress. No secondary pump needed. It did not go flat when I used it and I was expecting it to happen. I slept very well and recommend this air mattress to everyone that may need to accommodate guest or go camping.
