Really sharp
These are really nice knives. Very sharp, cut through our turkey like butter.

Nice knives
Seem to be nice knives, just opened the package and noticed Made in India etched on them. German engineering, made in India. We’ll see how they do. I’ve not had Henckels before to compare to so hopefully I’m not disappointed with quality. No where in the description reads made in India. Interwebs, I suppose , say they’re made in different countries to lower costs. Hmmm. Is a pretty good price.

sharp and light
not a really chef knife, but a great knife for most things. I like big knifes and sharp knifes. These are sharp and resharpen well.

Dull knife
The larger of these two knives is dull and does not cut well. The small knife in this set does a nice job cutting.

Great knives
I've had Henckle knives for over 30 years. Still love them. Price was great too!

Very nice knives.
I really like these knives. Thin blade and very sharp. O ly issue is the top of the chef style knife is very sharp corners right in front of the handle. Rounded off on a grinding wheel and polished so it diesnt form a blister on my finger.

These are not sharp!
What happened to the quality Henckels’ quality? I’ve owned Henckels and Zwilling knives for years that were super sharp and super sharp for a long time before needing to be sharpened. I bought the 8” chef’s knife and two 4” paring knives and all three are dull in less than a couple months. I don’t cook a lot these days so I would’ve expected these to remain super sharp for at least a year. In the past their knives I’ve owned did last at least a year. These are all pretty much cheap garbage. Spend a few extra bucks and get the Wusthof Classic Ikon knives and you’ll be MUCH happier for a very long time.
