The clock itself is nice, appears well built, though I’m not sure nearly $40 is the right price point. I searched for a digital and analog clock. I wanted both to display at the same time as I have 2 kids who are learning to tell time. This is NOT a digital clock. There is a display when you are setting it up but that’s only so the clock can show the correct date. Don’t make the same mistake I did.On positive notes, shipping was quick and I even conversed with the company, they were quick to respond and cordial.

I like the digital clock, size and picture on the face of the clock that goes with my kitchen decor

The Silent Clock asthectically goes well with the decor of our bathroom and closet. It worked for about 30 days, I changed the batteries for the digital operation and soon afterwards the mechanical clock operation failed to work. I've changed the batteries with no success. The digital operation is still working. However, is of little use because it does not tell time since the mechanical operation has failed.
