Rugged, Spacious and Attractive Bike Basket
Just what I needed to tote around my pickleball bag, beach towel, and water bottle. I paid extra for the silver version to complement the color of my bike. In addition to the handlebar hooks, there is also a quick-release bottom bracket that attaches to the bike's head tube. This not only stabilizes the basket, but also keeps it away from the brake cables. One cautionary note: Due to the unconventional handlebars of my bike (see photo), the basket was extremely difficult to install. I had to bend the brackets and re-route a brake cable to make it fit. But now that it's on there - perfect!Because of the bracket modifications, the basket cannot no longer be lifted off the bike for shopping or carrying. This does not matter to me. I may remove the handle, or leave it on to serve as a retention bar for bulky loads.

Perfect Basket!
I got this to put on my commute-to-work cruiser bike so I can put my backpack or whatever in it on the way to/from work. It's a perfectly sized basket for what I need. It's fairly deep, and not too wide, and perfectly fits my small backpack. It seems pretty sturdy. I've left it with the bike chained up outside for hours between July and now (mid October) in all sorts of weather, and it has not rusted yet or anything like that. It's pretty easy to attach to the bike, or at least I think it is, my husband did it haha... and it seems attached pretty well for the most part, though it does move around a tiny bit, but I think my husband can tighten it if he feels so inclined. It's not a huge basket if you're looking for something big, but it works great for me. I've actually managed to bring a cake to work in it, by putting the large cake holder in kind of at an angle. It did not fall out! Also I think it looks adorable, and you can take that ugly handle thing off easily.

Generally a good basket - with slight annoyances
First of all, I find this basket really useful. I have attached it to my bike predominantly to store my work backpack in it - no more sweaty backs. The installation itself is pretty straightforward and can be done within 10 or so minutes - I had to move around some shifter and break cables so that the handle-hooks fit properly over the handlebar. Given the mounting (some other larger baskets have more robust mounting brackets to the front axle), I was not surprised that it has some slight movements. That mainly explained the weight restriction. Putting larger items inside the basket, everything seems pretty secured, albeit the biking experience changes significantly with less maneuverability due to the front-heavy setup (the same fate as other front-loading baskets). The one pet peeve I have with this basket is the thin "handle", which is supposed to make this basket similar to those you find in stores. Given the preparation to attach it to the bike, it just seems not practical to always remove and re-attach the basket when needed. Thus I don't really understand the handle on this basket - it usually makes some rattling sound when biking and has no real apparent utility for me. Given the pricepoint, I will give this a 4* - its a good and affordable basket that does its job with some oddities in the overall design that I think there are better alternatives for.

Biking to the farmer's market?
We purchased two baskets to go on his and hers bikes. Fits on both hybrid and beach cruiser bikes. Sturdy, easy to attached. The instructions for attaching to the bike are in pictures. We used adjustable wrench and screwdriver to attach the lower bracket. Baskets are large enough to carry a grocery bag and can be removed to carry items (ex. if you're at the farmers market).

Very convenient to use
You can take this basket off and use it for shopping, it stays on the bike but I had to sew the velcro strip a bit to reinforce it. Overall working great, but I think the grey paint will chip off fairly easy. I can’t complain though because i got this used for a great price.

Hard to install & broke too soon.
I loved the look (for a guy's bicycle basket I mean). And the handle seemed like a good idea - but actually, keeping it permanently installed was necessary - for the goods I carry - refrigerated groceries in a big Walmart Hot/Cold bag - which is bigger than the basket, so it has to be pushed or bungee roped down. And repeatedly setting in and removing the Hot/Cold bag quickly tore it - and putting the bag in was hard if the groceries inside were a size different than the basket. So putting in several smaller bags or individual grocery items each trip was necessary. Somewhat hard to install for this mechanically installed guy. I had to figure out how to attach the bracket - and the instructions weren't particularly helpful. I admit, each consumers bicycle has different dimensions, so asking more from the basket manufacturer may be asking too much. The basket should've lasted longer than it did, but carrying around heavy groceries like a gallon of milk and canned goods was apparently too much for this basket, and it broke at the top weld, allowing the basket to rub on the front wheel, requiring me to add 2 of those cheap metal hose clamps around the baskets handle to better attach it to my handlebars. I don't know the baskets max content, but carrying heavy items, even those that fit inside the basket, put a lot of weight on the handlebars, influencing steering. Tall items also interfered w/ front bicycle light, rendering it useless, affecting what I could carry if my bicycle ride may be at night. So, if you need to carry heavy or tall items, you're better off replacing it w/ or adding, a rear mounted bicycle carrier, w/ a milk crate.

Kid must have
The media could not be loaded. Love that's it's adjustable. Kids love it to haul stuffed animals around. Perfect for them!

Great!
As described, good quality. We installed it permanently with tie wraps so it would move and rub paint off the bike.

Not sure
I ordered the 510 Tote basket. Not sure what to think yet because I can't install it, it didn't come with the proper hardware. It requires 2 sets of screws, washers and nuts. Instead, it came with only one screw and nut that doesn't seem to go together (nut won't go on). Also, the Amazon description says it has a 15lb weight capacity, but the warning on the Bell tag says do not load more than 4 lbs! Not sure what the point of that is, I bought this for a bike basket, not a handheld basket. Once I get the right hardware and mount it on, I will update this review.
