Be aware: THIS BOX IS HUGE AND HEAVY AND RETURN IS NOT FREE.No complaints, just something to note, since it's hard to tell from online photos.This box is huge and heavy, almost 1-1/2'x2'. This is approximately knee-high in all directions and weighing about 40 lbs.Return was NOT FREE, it would cost $30 for me to haul 25 min to the UPS store or $37 to have UPS pick up. I chose pick up due to the size and weight.(We ordered during a roof leak panic, luckily it wasn't the roof that was leaking so we never needed the product).I never opened this box, but judging by the size and weight of the box, this is a high quality heavy duty tarp.

I couldn't find a new canopy for my 20 x 40 foot frame so I bought this instead. The material is much sturdier and more durable than a regular tarp. The only problem was when we started opening up the tarp a section of the material was very thin and tore easily. I contacted Amazon and returned it for a new one. It's fantastic and Amazon paid for the return shipping.

They have reached out to me and replaced the tarp and it was delivered today ! I am so very thankful they care about their customers and their name ! Customer service was amazing in their decision to replace with no charge !We have used these tarps for a few years now and we have highly liked them .. until this one .. very poor quality.. pin holes all over it and can see light through this tarp !!! The supposedly reinforced areas are weak and can see white through them.. We have one shot every year to put this up before rain .. we used it but seeing this poor quality .. know it will not last .. soooo disappointed !!! Soooooo much money and poor quality … what oh what happened to the great quality of the past ! Waste of money for this tarp, this year!

Best price around for the size, even better than harbor freight. Will see how long it lasts!

Been on 2 or 3 years maybe longer still looks brand new well constructed all others I’ve bought only lasted a year

I should have listened to the other reviews about tears and separations. At least the 3 spots are close together so I can still use it.Update, the company reached out to me and offered me a replacement. I have changed my rating to reflect that. This is a company that will stand by its products. Thank you.

We had these tarps (2) for just over a year when they started tearing in various places and and one ripped the full length for no reason. Nothing fell on them and they were not pulled very tight as to put stress on them. We have others (tarps) that have lasted for several years but not these. I emailed the company and they responded by asking me to send photos which I did. When I didn't hear back I emailed again and they said they never received any correspondence from me which was a lie. I resent them the previous emails and photos again, with no response. A huge company that will not do the right thing, what a shame. They would rather get a very poor review than replace the 2 tarps. When we purchase the tarps the ad stated they had a 3 year warranty. Guess what? No Warranty! Do Not waste your money. They are defective and the YESCOM company will not stand behind them or their word. They are just a big ripoff!

I got this to go under my tent it is perfect. It is very well built. I would not hesitate to get another one of these for anything.
