Was really impressed with the overall design.It's sturdy and feels great in my big hands.Tested the accuracy when I got it.After weighing 3 different items on this scale and another food calibrated scale, the weight was spot on.The only drawback, is the collapsible handle.It slides easily down along side the unit, but it doesn't have any way of locking in place like the hook.Every movement causes the handle to slide up.Needs some type of clip to keep the handle in place because the magnet they put in the handle isn't very strong.One little flaw, but it is one of the best scales I've had thus far.

I bought this scale over a year ago. First off, It’s still working, and it’s just as accurate as it was the very first day I used it. After countless drops from hanging the hook on my belt loop. Or leaving it in my car in Oklahoma’s hundred degree plus summer days. I also work in the produce delivery industry. So I use it all the time weighing stuff at work. I still also haven’t had to replace the batteries yet. So this scale has received more abuse, and use than any other fishing scale. I think it’s very easy and simple to use. The only negative I can really say about it is. The tape measure is pretty difficult to get out, and use. Some complain on here that the hook is hard to get “unhooked” from its place on the back of the scale. If you will put the hook it’s holding spot on the back, and remove it a few times. It gets a lot easier to remove after a few times of doing that. But other than the tape measure problem, I love it!!! I sure wish everything else in this world would work just as good as this scale works!!!!! I will be buying another one when this one does finally wear out.*** UPDATE****I just purchased a second one. The first one was involved in an unfortunate auto accident, and was submerged in water. So I had to replace it. Though no fault of the scale.

It's solid construction and accurate to a tee. I like how it has a hold and peak weight function as that is critical for my application. I'd say the price point is on the money for the great quality of this scale. I used it to calibrate my torque wrenches.

This is way better than my other cheap scales. It is much bigger and stronger. It can hold big objects! I use it with multiple purposes. Also a great tool to weight luggages and other stuff. Very big hook can hang big object. I also love the weight capacity it has. The handle is very neat and comfortable to grab. The screen has light, so that I can see the digits at night as well. This helps me fishing at night. A very useful and needed product. I would recommend it to my friends as well.

No issues with scale. Bought it to adjust my torque wrenches and to weigh luggage. Well built and easy to use.

I am pleased with the quality and function of this scale. I don't catch big fish but will use it to weigh larger items like luggage, and to test the accuracy of my inexpensive (non-professional grade) torque wrench. I lashed two 25 lb dumbbells together and weighed them twice. Once the scale read 50.3 and the second time 50.4. I find this level of accuracy to be more than satisfactory since the rope I used would have bumped the measurement up just over 50 lbs. The display is well-lit and easy to read. Someone commented that you have to hold the weight up for too long before it will complete the measurement, but I found that by holding the scale steady, it reached a decision rather quickly. I'm happy with this purchase.
