Octagonal Reamer - glass sculpting tool

Graphite is great, very well shaped and finished. However, I wasn't really expecting to have to dig out sandpaper to get rid of the splintery feeling on a $35 tool.

Received chipped all throughout and the tip was uneven. The handle was pretty loose as well as spintering and unfinished. Tried to contact through all their platforms as well as there direct email to rectify the problem and I haven't heard back in a while. Very unfortunate some of there other products are nicely made but there customer service isn't worth the hassle.
