A really good book, if it wasn't so darn expensive I would own it and maybe read it just because one day.

Great price to rent vs purchase.

An okay textbook. The instructor, a recognized authority in the industry,actually used three editions of the textbook. He pointed out numerous flaws in the book, which do not apply to the Industry as it is practiced out here in California.
