Shoes are as marketed
I bought these for a new job where work boots were not accepted. The toe box is always the issue for me. My big toe rubs on the top of my shoes and is uncomfortable. These shoes were a relaxed fit but not a wide fit. I hoped the fit would give a bit more room in the toe and it did. I have narrow feet, so the fit is a bit loose but not anything like wide fit shoes. They give good support if you're on your feet all day. My only issue is the tongue on the right shoe keeps slipping to the outside of my foot. The left stays in place fine. Not a deal breaker, just a hinderance.

Won't last long... but comfortable.
EDIT: My stars stand. My OG review stands. It's a comfortable skinpad protector. I've had these shoes for about a month and a week. The back of one of the soles has started to delaminate, a.k.a. come apart. It don't get better. I might try to glue it but I'm looking for a new pair of tougher shoes and feeling like I shoulda just bought those other tougher shoes first.OG Review: Decent pair of shoes, but also looks like it's part of a nursing home uniform. That aside, let's get into it for a moment.Upon arrival, they were new. Yep. Surprise! Anyway, took the obligatory sniff inside this new piece to really take in the chemicals all new shoes sport. Nostalgia. Tried them on and they fit great. Comfortable, light, breathable. Perfect.Took these kicks to my job. That's where the problem started. These foot condoms are fantastic if you don't kneel, squat or bend the toe section in any way beyond walking. If you stand all day and never have to get on the floor, my pretties may be for you too. If, however, you have a position where you work on things lower to the ground than your waist.. keep looking elsewhere. I had used these dog poo magnets for 3 days. 3 days, and the stitching snapped where the toe part bends. To be fair I'm doing a whole lot of kneeling to rewire this or resecure that. So I'm bending my feet... alot. And speaking of moving in them: if you work on polished concrete, you're gonna sound like a NBA tournament is following you around. The chirps I get from the soles when i move sound like I'm playing my heart out in last championship b-ball game ever. It's almost embarrassing. Definitely not slip resistant, more like the shoe warns you, "we hit an oil slick, just letting you know we're going down." It's that fast. Hoping they hold up, and I've had them for maybe 3 or 4 weeks and nothing else has blown out, so maybe I can get at least 3 more months from them. If so... I'm still getting a different pair when they do kick the bucket. Hopefully in about 6 months or more. Hey, if they do last six months I'll come back and 5 star the heck outta these street stompers.Overall, comfortable, and I don't mind the retired veteran New Balance persona these spider smackers exude. Wish they were more durable, but for the price, if they last 5 months, I'll be content.

Better than expected
I bought these for mail delivery, specifically for walking 10-15 miles per day. Almost 3 months later, the soles are probably about 1/3 worn out, but the uppers are in great shape. My only real complaint is that the shoes are just a little bit wide for me, but I have very narrow feet, and it is always difficult to find shoes that fit well. For the price point, I think they have held up quite well, and would do well in a lot of work situations.

Helped my feet.
Worked construction for 40 years wearing boots, but now in my home shop I need something lighter, and better cushioning for my old feet.Tried a couple of different shoes at this price point, and they didn't cut it. Found these, they were instantly comfortable, and seem to be holding up well......... for plastic shoes. Bought another pair to have for when these wear out. So far after several months they aren't falling apart, remain comfortable, and my feet still feel better.

Sturdy but comfortable
These have quite a wide fit compared with other Skechers I have in the same size. The shoe is sturdy and quite stiff initially so I suggest you break them in before wearing them while on your feet all day. Other than that, they look as they are in the photos and are a good quality shoe.
