Q: Does this work on cats that may hiss at each other?

Yes, this helps quite a bit! For a long time time, I only had one cat. My daughter needed to rehome her beautiful 8 month old siamese female that was not fixed. Zorro, almost 3 years old, was not happy with the new addition. He would terrorize poor Mora at every opportunity. I have one in his room and one downstairs and it has helped significantly with his aggression towards Mora. I also added a pheromone collar and now they actually play. It is my ultimate goal to do away with the infuser but for now, we have feline harmony and I'm quite pleased with the results!

Q: All of my electrical plugs are horizontal . Does anyone make a diffuser that will fit this plug??

The ThunderEase diffuser head can fit horizontal plugs by rotating the prongs. This insures that the head stays in the correct orientation (bottle below the diffuser head)
