They are sturdy and easy to install
These are well-made! The connection is NOT a spike into the cord. Cut the cord, strip the ends, insert, and screw down pressure locks. Each has an always-on amber LED so it is easy to find when reaching for the switch. Very worth the price! I used one to replace a cheapy inline cird switch and the other where the decorative switch on a lamp could not be replaced. I just pulled the old switch, covered the area, then put in and entire new longer cord with the new inline switch on it. Much safer than trying to finagle something in place of the old, gold metal switch and much better looking.

nice switch
as the reviews mention it is annoying that there are no instructions saying which end is which but it is easy to deal with.....do you want the light on the switch on all the time or just when it is turned on......

Amazing on and off function
This product is easy to install and you will be thrilled once you do. Believe it or not, you snap the switch and the light comes on... and best of all you snap the switch and the light goes off. Where has this product been all my life...
