Knocked out of the park
I've been editing, doing motion gfx in both After Effects and Cinema 4D for 15-20 years now. I've bought a ridiculous amounts of gadgets to "speed up" my workflow. While all fun to toy with at first, I quickly realized how my muscle memory of keyboard and mouse greatly trumped the speed I thought that was giving me. (Looking at you Loupedeck, 3DConnexion Mouse etc). That was, until I got the Tourbox. While difficult at first to train my brain, I found that I very quickly acclimated to the button shortcuts. I can also quickly jump between Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere etc and the new presets instantly pop up for that respective program. I do wish they had an english preset "pack" for After Effects on Mac. So I had to create one from scratch. A bit annoying, but luckily only had to do once. Its extremely well built and feels solid. Every button has its own sound AND feel, so you get multiple levels of feedback to know what you're pressing without looking down. I thought the TourBox looked sort of silly at first - almost like one of those fidget gadgets, but realized after using it that having every button look AND feel different was purposeful. But I gotta say, it's quite satisfying to click the buttons.Downside is the unbelievable decision to use AA batteries. Beyond me why they don't use a rechargeable Li-ion battery. So I end up just keeping it plugged in and not even using the Bluetooth. I feel like I could very easily walk away at night, leaving it switched on, to come back the next day with the expensive batteries drained. I would still get the Elite version for the haptic feedback which you can really feel.Other thing I found odd - the TourBox console does NOT show up as an open program when switching programs on my mac. So if I wanted to quickly Cmd+Tab to the Tourbox console program as I was setting up the profile, it did not show up and I had to manually minimize windows to find the TourBox console. Strange and pretty annoying - Attached photo of what I meant.Everyone's different, but for me, it was WELL worth it. It's simple, easy to set up, and just works great.

Awesome controller for FCPX and Logic Pro
This controller is perfect for my needs. I’m a videographer and sound designer for theatre and video. At my main studio, I use a Mackie MCU Pro for audio and a Tangent Element system video edit controller. I’m at a remote studio for a few months and picked this up to give it a try. I’m stunned by how easy it is to install and configure. It’s an amazingly intuitive and speedy controller, especially for editing and navigation. Worth every penny and then some. Haven’t dived too deeply into the color correction capability in FCPX yet, but I’m looking forward to similar success based on user reviews. Great product.

Great Product!
Perfect! I got this to replace another MIDI controller (which was great when the software worked). So far, I'm loving it! It fits perfectly on top of my Yamaha CP40 Stage. Now I can finally complete some projects!

Nice, Some Issues, Not Worth the Cost
Tried using this, but found that the knobs would sometimes spin past the point I was trying to hit, so I'd have to spin them back, making targeting hard. Also, seems a pain to mark these buttons and knobs uo so I would know what they do until I became accustomed to them.Love the weight & feel, though.Still, no better that my Huion KD100, which I have plastered with XP Pen stickers, though I with the KD100 came with two knobs. That's one thing I liked about the Elite; the number of knobs. But not for the price.Just does not work for me.

Hand saver
I shoot and edit video and photos for my job and before I got this I would get tingles in my hand every day while working and when I went to sleep. This is ergonomic compared to constantly holding shortcuts. I love the way the presets already work for the Adobe apps I use. I have also made some custom presets and it was pretty straightforward. It fits just right in my hand. It’s heavy enough to feel substantial and to stay in place on a desk, but I did once forget that it was in my backpack because it is that light. I dropped mine straight on the ground, in my backpack. It survived the hard fall, such a relief. This might seem like a frivolous purchase, but it has really streamlined my workflow and saved my left hand. It looks slick and I love the haptic feedback. The clicking is very satisfying for me, but my coworkers don’t like it. Fortunately, you can mute the clicks if you want. I love it, such a good purchase.

No more customer service
The company seems to be out of business. I purchased my Tourbox Elite about a year ago and have loved using it. I'm a professional photographer and videographer and this tool has been outstanding for my workflow. That is, until it stopped working last month! The company recently did a software update that now crashes when it loads. I tried contacting the company over a week ago and there is no response via email or on any of their social media accounts, which all seem to be inactive for quite some time now. It would seem as though this company is now dead. :(

Doesn't work with Adobe Lightroom CC, only Lightroom Classic
Beware that as of writing, it doesn't work with Adobe Lightroom CC, only Lightroom Classic. Overall, I ended up using it much less than I thought I would. Mostly, it is useful for precise / fine adjustments of various sliders and timeline navigation in something like Resolve. I certainly did not get the value for the money.

Heavy, tactile, Bluetooth, with easy setup
I got this for audio work to run alongside a 16 key 3 knob macro pad. Setup was simple with the program. It does have to keep running in order to use the device, but that's fine. The haptic feedback on the knob is pretty great. Super useful for scrubbing, zooming, quickly dropping markers, recording, and stopping. Great build quality. Compatible with Windows 11 it of the box. All functions work quickly and smoothly.
